As members of Social Enterprise UK, we collaborate with the NHS and local health professionals, offering both referrals and self-referrals from residents.
Our vision is to make holistic wellness accessible to all, supporting individuals on their journey to optimal well-being.
With 20 years of experience in Shiatsu and additional training in Reiki, Mindfulness, Sports Massage, and more, Ruth combines Oriental and Western medicine to enhance quality of life for those with disabilities, mental health issues, and chronic conditions. Join us in creating a healthier, empowered community, one person at a time.

We are located in Atlantis Spiritual Centre, Browns Garden Village, Theobalds Park Rd, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9DG. Greater London.
We also provide mobile services only in Enfield and surrounding areas.
